Located in the heart of Surrey between Byfleet and Cobham, Silvermere has an 18-hole public golf course.

It was designed by Neil Coles and Brian Huggett, and opened in 1976. The feature holes are the 17th and 18th holes, set around the Silvermere Lake that was used to test the Barnes Wallace bouncing bomb in the Second World War. There is a two-tier, 52-bay driving range that is equipped with ball-tracing technology.
